Jackpoty Casino spin fixes
Spins there before, gone now: work through this
Moments like these are why the Jackpoty Casino support desk stays open all hours.
Wrong reels open
Spins are pinned to the slot named in the offer, so opening a different game shows an empty balance. Return to John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen and reload it.
Rewards tab locked
Only one bonus can run at a time, so a live welcome offer holds your spins back. Finish or forfeit the active bonus in your account first, then the spins unlock.
Spins sat unused overnight
Daily spins expire at midnight local time, and anything unplayed falls away. Check your expiry time in the bonus section and start the next batch earlier in the day.
Before and after a reload
Activation overwrites the open reels, so the spin counter stays at zero until you refresh. Close the slot, reload it from the lobby, and the count appears at the bottom.
Bigger hauls
Deposit bands, rising spins
Each week, Book Of Aztec carries the tier spins; NZ$25 starts at 50, while NZ$150 lifts the same slot to 300.

Know what you keep
Spins pay bonus first, cash after wagering
Before you tap withdraw, this block settles what the spin wins become and how long you have.
Is this cash in my balance?
Every win from the reels lands in your bonus balance rather than your cash balance. Only after the wagering clears does the money move across and become withdrawable.
The 41x rule on winnings
Wins must be played through 41x at Jackpoty Casino once credited, and the 45x figure applies to the no-deposit batch specifically. Neither figure includes your deposit.
Keep the plays on slots
Slots move your bonus along at full pace, while table games and live dealer tables contribute little or nothing. Keep the plays on slot reels and the requirement shrinks steadily.
Finish inside 39 days
Every win must be cleared inside 39 days, counted from the moment the batch is activated. Anything still short at that point is taken back, so plan your play early.

When you still have a question about the spins
Clears up what your spin winnings are worth and when they leave the bonus balance.
trustHow long does a spin's value last once it is credited?+
Spin value is the stake each one places, not what you bank. A batch of forty spins at NZ$0.20 carries NZ$8.00 of nominal play, and at a 96.52 percent return the working estimate sits near NZ$7.72. Anything you win lands as bonus money until the wagering is cleared.
trustWhat if I have already used the welcome spins before?+
Take the welcome spins once, with the first two qualifying deposits, and the no-deposit code once per account. Weekly drops, tier batches and referral spins can be claimed again whenever the terms allow. Personal spins arrive unasked, so there is nothing to repeat.
trustWhat happens when my no-deposit winnings pass NZ$75?+
The cap keeps a no-deposit run honest, because nothing was staked to earn it. Winnings from JACPIXEL40 stop at NZ$75 per claim, whenever you choose to withdraw. Above that line the surplus simply stays behind, so plan the cashout early.
trustWhere is Jackpoty Casino licensed for New Zealand players?+
The operator runs under the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, license ALSI-176360, held by Jackpoty Casino LLC. That puts the terms, the audit trail and the complaints route under an offshore regime rather than a New Zealand one. Worth reading before you deposit.
trustWhat if I want to play my spins on a phone?+
Every batch runs in the mobile browser and in the app, on the slot named in its terms. Claiming through the app brings its own twenty spins on Retro Reels. One catch: spins never move to a different game, so open the right title first.
trustCan I withdraw spin winnings straight away?+
Clear the wagering, then cash out from NZ$13 upward. Verification takes up to 46 hours and asks for identity, address and payment method documents, and payouts usually land in about 25 minutes after that. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome batches.
Every spin, every card, every result—audited
From code to cash-out
When the bonus appears but the reels refuse to move, work through these stages in order.
No stake, or paid route
Before depositing, compare the no-deposit route with the welcome routes; note the code, minimum deposit and maximum bet attached to each.
Details that must match
At sign-up, enter your real details exactly as they appear on your identity document; no-deposit spins can stall until your phone and identity are confirmed.
Code ready to enter
Once the offer sits in your account, enter its code in the bonus field and confirm the activation before the listed expiry.
Right game, live spins
With the spins live, open the named slot from the offer card; any other game will not show or count those spins.
Free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to put money in. Set limits before you start and they hold while the bonus runs. For extra support, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all take direct contact.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can add to the account across a set period, so top-ups stay planned.
Loss limits. Stops play once a chosen amount has gone, whatever the bonus balance still shows.
Self-exclusion. Closes the account to play for a period you pick, spins included, until it ends.
